Every Veena Chauhan™ order ships from Pennsylvania, United States · prepared by hand, wrapped in protective tissue, dispatched with signature required tracking.

Domestic Shipping · United States

Complimentary shipping on orders over $500. A flat rate of $20 applies to orders under $500. Delivery to PO Boxes is not available.

International Shipping

The maison ships within the United States only at launch. International shipping to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the Middle East is planned for 2027. Write to be notified when international delivery becomes available.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

A prepaid UPS return label is provided through the returns portal.

Made to order and personalised items are final sale.
